Penny works as a Lawyer in our common law department. She advises injured workers as to their compensation entitlements, and in particular their common law rights to damages. She also acts for people injured as result of accidents in public places.
Penny often assists the AMWU in Occupational Health and Safety training seminars by talking to shop stewards about workers compensation and issues associated with return to work plans for injured workers.
Penny has worked for Trade Unions including the AMWU and the ASU.
