Ursula is a solicitor of Adviceline Injury lawyers, a division of Holding Redlich. She helps clients with work injury accidents.  Ursula joined the firm in 2009.

Prior to joining Adviceline Injury lawyers, Ursula worked for a small personal injury law firm between 2005 and 2009, where she practiced exclusively in personal injury claims. She assisted clients injured in work, motor vehicle and public liability accidents. She also helped injured claimants with Superannuation Lump Sum and Income Protection Benefit claims.

Assisting injured workers became a passion for Ursula when she recognised that employers were not proactively improving working conditions to prevent injuries to workers. Ursula grew up in a strong Union-oriented family with an emphasis placed on social justice and has carried those values into her work. She has watched with interest, the increasing number of workers lodging claims for psychological injury. Growing community awareness of and intolerance for bullying and harassment in the workplace seem to have reduced the stigma surrounding mental illness and consequently the rise in the number of injured workers Ursula has assisted.

Ursula has taken her enthusiasm for socialising and mentoring and combined them in her role as the Young Lawyers Representative on the Australian Lawyers Alliance (Victorian Branch) Committee. In her role, Ursula has assisted with arranging social events, legal education seminars for young lawyers and a large Trivia Night fundraising event.  

Ursula is the youngest of six children and when she is not fighting for injured workers, relaxing with friends or developing her SuperCoach team, she spends time with her large family and subscribes to the theory that “first borns rule the world and last borns want to change it”!
