Areas of Law: Personal Injury - Hearing Loss

Merrin is the Legal Coordinator of our Hearing Loss Department.  She helps clients with work related hearing loss.

Merrin joined the Holding Redlich family in 1989.  She loves the firm and the work she does.  Her job satisfaction comes from providing advice to injured workers about a potential claim, initiating the WorkCover claim and assisting our clients through the legal process to ensure they receive their correct entitlement to compensation. 

She says “No amount of money will bring our client’s hearing back but a lump sum payment plus hearing aids may improve their quality of life”.

Merrin is passionate about helping people who have worked in noisy conditions and suffer from industrial deafness.

Merrin is an active member of our Marketing Committee.  She has been instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with Hearing Care Professionals throughout Melbourne and Country Victoria.

Merrin is a keen sportsperson.  Her love of footy and cricket is legendary in the firm.  She is a mad Hawks supporter and in the winter, spends a lot of time at the MCG.  She coaches, captains and plays women’s cricket at Brighton District Cricket Club and in the summer, spends a lot of time at Dendy Park.
