Ken Calderwood works in the TAC department.  He also assists clients at conciliation conferences when they have disputes with employers and insurers, over hearing loss claims.

Ken has over 20 year experience in dealing with TAC claims and has for 3 years attended Workcover conciliation conference to obtain the best results for his clients. 

Ken takes great satisfaction in helping people successfully obtain their correct entitlements and challenging TAC, when they have made a decision that is not right. Some decisions TAC make can have an enormous impact on a person’s recovery and health. So it is rewarding to Ken to help people get their claims back on track.  

The conciliation service can sometimes be a daunting prospect for an injured worker. Ken enjoys helping people present their case and have their say, and making sure they obtain their proper entitlements.

As well as being committed to helping the injured, Ken is a keen follower of the Collingwood Football Club. He thinks the “Premiership is a Cakewalk”. He keeps himself fit by walking 45 minutes to and from work each day. He is often out and about seeing the latest films and shows.

Ken knows how injury can affect people and with a multitude of experience, he also knows how  to get results.
