Liat Blacher practices primarily in Industrial Common Law. She is experienced in representing people injured at work through the negligence of others. She has particular expertise in relation to entitlements under the Accident Compensation Act including impairment assessments and court actions for compensation.

Liat also practices in the medical negligence and public liability areas and has had experience with compensation claims for those injured in transport accidents.
